CSFloat vs Skinport
CSFloat is the lower-fee P2P option in the current public documents. Skinport uses bot custody and publishes a simpler automatic bank-payout flow. The better fit depends on how you value control of the item, sale cost and payout eligibility.
CSFloat's P2P model leaves delivery with the seller after a buyer pays.
Skinport's bot model moves the item into platform inventory first.

CS2 case-opening FAQ
01Is CSFloat or Skinport cheaper for sellers?
The dated public fee pages show different models: CSFloat advertises a 2% seller fee while its Terms allow up to 5%; Skinport lists 8% standard, 6% for qualifying high-value items and 2% for private sales. Net proceeds can still depend on withdrawal, conversion, item price and country.
02What is the main difference between CSFloat and Skinport?
CSFloat is primarily P2P, so the seller normally retains the item until delivery. Skinport uses platform bot inventory, so the item is deposited before it is listed.
03Does the higher score guarantee a better sale?
No. The score measures public-information clarity at the review date. It does not predict demand, liquidity, buyer behaviour, payout completion or final net price.
