CSGO CASH CS2 rankings

Editorial protocol / version 2026.08

How we review and rank CS2 platforms

We score the quality of reproducible public information. We do not create accounts, deposit, withdraw, use a VPN, or present user stories as verified platform-wide facts.

01 / Eligibility gate

A score alone cannot buy a rank

Before scoring, a platform must have a verified official domain, a current CS2 case or gambling product, public Terms and Privacy pages, a support route, age or regional rules, and no unresolved critical security signal. The operator identity must be reproducible from a primary source.

Ranked

Passes the gate and has Medium or High evidence confidence.

Monitored

Has a neutral public review but fails a gate or remains Low confidence.

Rejected

Fails the basic product, domain, legal-page, or critical-security requirements and is not published.

02 / Seven criteria

Five checks per criterion

Each check receives 0 when absent, 1 when partly supported, or 2 when fully supported. Five checks produce a criterion score from 0 to 10.

Overall = sum(criterion score x weight) / 100, rounded to one decimal.

03 / Source vocabulary

What counts as evidence

Tier-1 pages are accessible current official documents: Terms, Privacy, AML/KYC, responsible-play, rules, fairness, help, contact, or an official regulator record. A source family is one independent publisher or platform; several pages from the same operator remain one family.

Evidence order

  1. 01. Regulator or company registry record.
  2. 02. Official legal, product, and support documents.
  3. 03. Independent reporting or security research.
  4. 04. User reviews and discussions as reputation signals.
  5. 05. Affiliate, creator, or social posts only as leads to verify elsewhere.

04 / Evidence confidence

Primary evidence comes first

High: at least six Tier-1 pages, all critical categories, three independent source families, and no critical contradiction.

Medium: at least four Tier-1 pages, four of five critical categories, and two independent source families.

Low: the Medium threshold is not met or a material contradiction remains. Low-confidence sites cannot rank.

05 / Reputation evidence

Reviews are signals, not verdicts

We screen up to 30 relevant reviews and discussions across at least three source families when they are available. Referral posts, duplicate narratives, unsupported ratings, and generic win or loss claims are excluded.

A recurring issue enters public context only after two independent mentions or when it matches an official rule. Individual allegations remain unverified without account, transaction, KYC, and support records.

06 / Claim verdicts

How conflicts are handled

Confirmed
Supported by an applicable primary or regulator source.
Partially confirmed
Some elements are supported, but an important condition, scope, or current detail is missing.
Contradicted
A more authoritative or current source conflicts with the claim. A regulator record or current contract terms take priority over marketing copy.
Insufficient evidence
The available sources cannot support a public conclusion. Absence is not a fraud finding.

07 / Ranking operations

How scores become ranks

Only Ranked entries with Medium or High evidence confidence enter a table. Ties use the unrounded weighted score, then transparency, withdrawal clarity, operator transparency, and the most recent verified date. If still equal, entries share a displayed score but the editor documents the order in the review history.

A material contradiction, expired source set, ownership/legal change, removed support route, or player-protection regression can move an entry to Monitored between routine review dates.

08 / Worked examples

A score is not enough on its own

Example A / Ranked

Clear documentation, eligible to rank

A fictional platform scores 8, 8, 8, 7, 6, 8, and 8. Applying the weights gives 7.7/10. Its operator identity is reproducible, it meets Medium confidence, and it can enter the relevant ranking.

Example B / Monitored

A reasonable score cannot override a gate failure

A fictional platform scores 7.0/10 for documented product and fairness pages, but its current Terms do not identify the contracting entity. The operator-identity gate fails, so it is reviewed neutrally as Monitored and receives no rank.

09 / Review workflow

From source to published review

  1. 01Verify identity

Domain, redirects, operator, licence claim, age, and regions.

  2. 02Build claim ledger

Every factual statement receives evidence and a verdict.

  3. 03Score and challenge

Apply the fixed formula, reputation scan, and confidence rules.

  4. 04Fact-check and date

Publish sources, limitations, next-review date, and change log.

10 / Claims we do not make

No invented certainty

No safe or legit verdict based only on a score.

No fastest-withdrawal label without reproducible data.

No RTP or expected-return claim without a current complete dataset.

No guaranteed-profit tactic or recovery system.

No personal-test language when no account action occurred.

No promo code without a current first-party offer and conditions.
